Did it ever?
A lonely concept
no one willing to hear.
A genuine smile
a warm hug
a helpful hand
a heart full of love
someone holding our hand
no blood relation to his name
simply called a friend
there in smile and pain
one who's there always
to laugh in joy and
to wipe away tears

Depends on you...if you are willing to give someone such a friendship from your side, then it does - immediately. If you expect this from God, it does - immediately. However, if you are expecting it from worldy people - then it's unlikely - 'cos worldly people are still looking for happiness themselves - and only someone who is already happy can love unconditionally - for he/she has nothing to desire anymore.
